Acrobatic Arts
Acrobatic arts is commonly known in the theatre world as ACRO. It is a fusion of Balancing, Limbering, Strength, Tumbling, and Flexibility, which can progress to contortion and partnering work.
Acro dancers seamlessly blend from one acrobatic trick into another with ease of movement with ballet like precision in their choreography.
